UPER MIG 321 Solid MIG welding wire, supplied precision layer wound are widely designed for welding of 304,308,321, 347 and similar grades. SUPER MIG 321 weld metal stabilized with Titanium provide high resistance to intergranular corrosion and high weld quality, suitable for use with Ar+2%O2 or Ar+0.5…5%CO2 mixed shielding gases. SUPER MIG 321 wire widely used in engineering for the Petrochemical, food industry and energy, etc.

321 is weldable by common fusion and resistance methods. Stainless Steel ER 321 Welding Wire provides outstanding resistance to oxidation and corrosion and possesses good creep strength. Stainless Steel 321 Welding Electrode is used in a variety of applications owing to its high-temperature strength as well as its stabilization properties.

 

MARKING & PACKING

Our products like stainless steel 321 wire are packaged to make sure that there’s no damage throughout transit. Just in case of exports, customary export packaging is completed in wooden boxes or cases. All stainless steel 321 wire are marked with Trademark (Company’s LOGO), Grade, Size and Lot No. On requests we can do custom marking on our products.

 

TEST CERTIFICATES

Manufacturer Test Certificate as per EN 10204-3.1, EN 10204-3.2, Raw Materials Certificate, NABL approved Lab Test Report, 100% Radiography Test Report, Third Party Inspection Report etc.

 

APPLICATION

Alloy 321 is a general purpose austenitic stainless steel with a face centered cubic structure. It is essentially non-magnetic in the annealed condition and can only be hardened by cold working. Titanium is added to supress grain boundary Chromium Carbide precipitation and reduce susceptibilty to intergranular corrosion.
